ESCAPE CLIENT VISIT COVID-19 GUIDELINES
We would much appreciate if you could please note the following guidelines carefully before your appointment.
Booking Appointments
We are only accepting pre-booked appointments, no walk ins at this time. Appointments can be booked via our website www.escapesalonhereford.co.uk.
Please Arrive on Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. To keep things moving safely and efficiently we will be unlikely to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive early, we might require you to wait outside for a short time before your stylist or technician can sit you down to begin your appointment. You will be met by your stylist at the door who will take your temperature with a forehead thermometer.
Please help us protect each other
You will need to bring and wear a face-covering throughout your appointment, masks are available to purchase for £1 in salon. Team members will be wearing visors and masks in accordance with government guidelines.
No Refreshments or magazines
Sadly we wont be able to serve any refreshments at this time, and we have removed magazines temporarily. We recommend that you bring your own drinks and snacks if you are coming in for a colour appointment. Wifi is available.
Card payments only
We are unable to take cash payments and will only be accepting card and contactless payments are preferred.
Social Distancing
We ask that everyone do their absolute best to honour social distancing measures while in the salon.
Cleanliness
Styling stations and chairs will be disinfected before each service. Door handles, bannisters and surfaces will be regularly sanitised.
Hand Sanitiser
We will require everyone to sanitize their hands on arrival at the salon, you will be offered sanitiser by a stylist.
Please arrive alone
We usually welcome everyone with open arms but unfortunately we kindly ask that you arrive alone for your appointment. We are not able to accommodate any extra guests, children or pets.
Travel Light
Please only bring necessities. Although we do have spaces for your coats we won’t be able to accommodate shopping bags etc.
Feeling unwell
If you or someone in your household is felling unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will re arrange your appointment. Please don’t come to the salon as we have full authority to decline your appointment if you are showing any signs of Covid-19. We would appreciate at least 48 hours notice where possible.
Products
We will still be stocking our shelves with our much-loved products but please refrain from touching them. Just ask our lovely team members for assistance when you need any help.
Services Available
Certain services have had to be removed to comply with government guidelines. All hair must be washed, (as it may be contaminated) therefore we are offering a quick wash and cut/ trim in place of dry cuts and trims.
Toilet Facilities
Our toilet will be open. This will be sanitised before each use. If you need to use the toilet please notify your stylist.
We care about your wellbeing and safety. We promise that we will strive to make sure your future appointments with us will be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We want to assure you that we have implemented a strict hygiene regime and it is our top priority to keep our lovely team and clients protected at all times.
